Are losses worth it (for a new player) · · 2 likes

I've been looking through the forums, and apparently the fastest option I have right now are losses. However, many say they hinder stat growth and aren't worth it.

I'm not sure if I value stats over money right now, so I'm trying to not chase after one exclusively. However, there are some things that help gain stats like houses and candy.

Does renting properties & buying stuff for stat growth from loss money makes stat growth equal to or better than I would be getting without selling losses (in a shack with 1k).
