OP, calm down. Joining YATA or Torn Stats is a normal requirement you'll see in every second faction you'll join, especially the mid or big ones (near or greater than 1m respect). You got kicked out because you didn't want to follow that requirement. That's fair. It's the same as you leaving or the cost of you exercising your freedom and then they doing the same.

Having gone through the entire thread: tbh, from the OP's post, I was his team until I read later posts. The OP is really on meds and needs help, to say the least. He probably didn't give notice before leaving his company (he says he didn't inform, but then he says he did). The director used some 'neat' language in response and maybe a couple of threats, but he left a way out asking for a simple apology?
To top it off, the OP made a forum post about it trying to turn it into something else by posting incomplete SS. When people weren't supporting his cause, he thought it was best he left the thread.
Afterwards, two people in the thread just decided to start a beef of their own over dislikes on post.

My advise? Join a very good faction, something with over 1m respect and bonus points for something if it promises retaliation. They will lie and sit in wait (technically, they will click on attack and then just sit waiting. Whoever it is that attacks during that time will show up in their logs.)
You have had other very good advise here, too. Like someone telling you maybe it has to do with ranked wars or the enemy you have showing up on your profile.
Since you have unlocked flying already, keep in the air long enough and they will forget you if you have not made a large enough impression
Tornexchange allows to make your own price list, in that it is better. This script takes the totals from torn tools for its calculation and can't differentiate between items (the commission is on the torn tools shown customer total).
The auto copy rules for different stages for this and the basic automation I think sets it apart (correct me if I am wrong). You could set it to auto copy your traded value at stage 1 and for stage 2 tell it to auto copy your customreceipt. Or you could configure it to auto copy your remaining balance/cash on hand to quickly deposit for a ghost trade. It allows cash management along with the trade. If someone with more coding expertise could help maybe build a stock wallet which could make use of the missing cash amount or the cash on hand amount its use can also evolve to depositing cash in stocks besides ghost trades, which is already possible with this.
Tbh, I don't know much coding. I built this for my own use at first and then I thought why not try to earn something from it for my NW.

Happy birthday! Let's just start with that. Easier to do the heavy lifting first; greetings and openings aren't for everyone after all.
My favorite aspect of torn? It just lets people be. You can be a social person. You can also keep to yourself. People are there to talk to you and no one knows who anyone is and what they are going through, unless they choose to share. There's this level of freedom. You can try your hand at gambling, which I would gather is very similar to the one in real life, and figure out why it is or isn't a bad idea. And then there's the potential for personal growth. I have seen people here analysing stocks with candle charts, for god's sake. As your progress in your player journey, you eventually take up roles like a trader or faction leader or company director and subtly each of that role pushes you out of your comfort zone. You reach out more. You get to negotiate, build relationships, and hustle. And these follow you in real life even when you leave torn.
My favourite story at torn? I like the snarky Duke comments; his posts near christmas are especially a sight to look at. And those quotes to look at when you're travelling, you can send those to friends who aren't even playing torn to share a giggle or two. These don't cut the story part, though. I think I camped on this player overseas during a war and hit him hundreds of time, not allowing him to leave even when he was online and trying his best to leave. I felt so bad that I apologised to him after war and I got the classic torn response lol I didn't mind it one bit, though.
I think joining a faction at random was probably the biggest career mistake. At that point, you don't know what the norm is, what's good, and what's not.
There were also the scammers that target newbies for selling losses. In retrospect, these things don't matter much now, but they did when I was new. I think experienced players should give a grace period to newer players.
I lost quite a bit in casino and some in mistyping the amount when putting things on sale. But these happened when I had already grown somewhat and in a way these weren't the kind of bad experience that were fatal.
I had some pretty amazing experiences too. Met some wonferful experienced players. One of them helped me with a mid-size suitcase. Another was my go-to person to sell beer; my only source of making money back then. But perhaps the most transformative experience was joining a good faction.

Plushies were hit hard when point markets suffered a hit (which was when they removed a guaranteed price for points/ pawn shop). But not only that, they also made changes to stocks, so its harder or takes longer to make money off it.
Basically, they are making the 'grind' experience longer and capitalising on it to think maybe that it will increase more interest? (do they think players are masochists? probably) So the only easy way out is buying donator packs with real money or just sticking with it for a longer time
Raned wars and the like aren't really meant for the new players to begin with, in my opinion. The only new mode of making more money they introduced is the organised crime 2.0, but even in there the ones who make serious money are those who have a good amount of natural nerve and can execute a level 7-8 crime; which, most definitely aren't new players.
As you grow richer, you'll find it easier to make money from money. Starting out, they are limiting your already limited options and that sucks.
Food posts online feel criminal; you feel hungry and can't reach for it through the screen. Couple that with an odd time where deliveries aren't available, you are in for a torment. And, as it happens, I qualify for both.
