He'll be selling the EE gains you get for the 31 days when reading the book, I think they increase the overall total EE by 50% so are of value to a company employing that person through either increase sales or increased star rating or both. I also have the book but was a company director until recently so didn't need to us it. But I'd also sell it to the highest bidder like specter.
Can be worth up to 10M a day given the benefit gained so about 300M or so.
