I remember doing 3 missions yesterday (Standard Routine, Bonnie and Clyde, and Drug Problem), but today the two missions Bonnie and Clyde and Standard Routine became available for me to do again even though I'm sure I claimed both of them yesterday. This was also on top of the daily mission I received (Big Tub of Muscle), so I suddenly had 3 missions to do again. The targets were the same so I don't know if it was a glitch or something intentional.

Sometimes when I miss the plushie stock traveling to Mexico, I just buy a bunch of tequila. Since I'm not too desperate for money, I've been hoarding them instead of selling them just in case there's a good use for them later on. Is there a specific crime down the road where you would make more money using them than selling them?
How does rate of fire affect a weapon's dps? If a weapon has 65dmg 60acc and hits 5 times, will it hit 5 times for 65? Or does it shoot 5 times each with it's own accuracy roll. Does rate of fire just make a weapon guzzle more ammo? Do gym stats affect guns? I'm new and want to know how to best determine what makes a good weapon.
I've been saving for a while to buy a donator pack and I recall reading somewhere that with 150 energy, i wouldn't lose energy going to South Africa and using energy hunting before going back. Does that mean that it would be the most profitable to constantly go to South Africa for the hunting xp + merits as well? Or should I stick to Mexico and the UK for profits?
I've only hit level 15 relatively recently and was wondering what should be on my shopping list as I go forward. I know I should get a private island with an airstrip and a large suitcase, but which one should I buy first? When I buy a private island, what are good prices? Should I get one with just an airstrip? After getting those two, what else should I start investing my money in?
