I forgot to mention this but I bought 2x E DVDs from bazaars so those should cancel out?

I'm 99.99% certain that I had 2 E DVDs before I exchanged it today.
My first experience in exchanging the Edvds worked but my other two were unsuccessful. Although it showed that I had exchanged it, it didn't appear in my inventory. Strangely, torn tools marked an increase in my net worth although I had not appeared to receive the item.

I have not sold any Edvds (I checked Item market sell logs to be sure) and have not used them (checked logs as well). I am on a laptop, use TornTools and do not use incognito. In case my issue is not solved, I will try recording the footage after I get enough job points next week.
