At first I thought unavailable ment it was kept hidden until a certain condition was met but after looking at the firework stand page I see it was demolitions expert and it has been disabled. I haven't been on torn long enough to know if its effect, which gives random bomb parts, was an older feature thats not here anymore or if if its just temp disabled due to some glitch but if not then why hasn't it been replaced?
