How it works.
To get the church mouse honour someone needs to mug you for a $1.
How to do it?
Firstly make sure you only have $21 exactly on you.
Then there is 2 methods I'd recommend going forward.
1:(preferred way) Ask a faction member or friend to mug you. Maybe offer a reward for motivation cuz $1 aint allot for basically wasting 25 energy.
2: (bit risky) You could place a bounty on yourself and ask them to mug you, but of course they might just leave you in the streets and wast your money.
Alternative option being finding a thread where people trade mugs for mugs to help get the merit.
Post bellow if you need a mug maybe someone will help you out just remember to remove it otherwise you're going to have a constant stream of people mugging you lol
