There are more than 5 time as many male players as female players. Gallup had a poll finding 7.1% of U.S. adults identifying as non-straight. Considering the benefits of marriage, one would wonder how that compares to Torn's married couples. It seems like a great article.

I have seen 2 separate newbies ask to be attacked for a mission today. While I have not encountered this mission in my (very limited) time playing Torn, it seems absurd to me that a player can be assigned a mission that they are physically incapable of completing.
I propose that, when assigning a mission, it is checked if the player is a newbie. If they are, it pulls from a limited pool of missions. While I do not know how Torn is coded, I hope that this is easy to do.
Annabababa16 was the second to request it, I forget who the first was.
EDIT: I did not realize that newbies could attack other newbies. Please ignore this suggestion.

edit: Got out of hospital and checked. Somebody did post these low level guns for absurd prices, driving up the value. I couldn't figure out how to delete this.
The value of my Steyr AUG should be $75,331, but it is labeled as $28,786,761
For reference, the highest average market price is 295,500 on 9 Feb '12

Fun Fact: February 12-17 is National Brotherhood Week.
If you are looking at somebody's profile, there is a link to their faction page. You can check the chain there.
What this does is hold something that you have earned hostage. A major draw of faction is the training resources. Xanax, Ecstasy, and POINTS. While I am ambivalent on whether or not armories should be unlocked, blocking points from warring should not be there. This is ACTIVELY punishing low respect factions because they are unable to afford the points armory.
Talking about giving 5M respect, or free branches has no place in this thread. Neither of those have been brought up. It's like if a country outlawed cocaine and you started panicking about your right to smoke Tabaco.
Quit setting up a straw man. It's counterproductive for your point and for the debate.

Point 1: Why add a multiplier at all? Points and rank ups are already a noticeable incentive. The idea of cash rewards have been floated, so there's also that.
Point 2: I honestly think that some of the lower tier stuff needs to cost more already. I can't think of a good solution to this other than adjusting the point cost for everything.
Point 3: It would make more sense to give higher tier races a larger point payout. That would solve the problem with the point gap and make more sense than what it is now. This would also apply to any other rewards.

Rather than starting immediately, what if the delay reduced to say 5 minutes, but switch back to the prior time if somebody backs out?
Name change suggestion 1: "Employee of the Week Award"
Could have it be given to a semi-random employee, favoring those with higher stats every week. Would be fitting for the bonus and limits circulation. That might make it too rare though.
Name change suggestion 2: "Employee Appreciation Certificate"
Once again given semi-randomly with weighted stats, this time every day. However, this time it would be rolled individually rather than for the company.

Did not realize that when I posted the suggestion. Is there a way for me to take it down?

Fact: If you look up Seroquel on Google, the "People also ask" section has "Is Xanax the same as Seroquel?"
Now, normally I wouldn't make fun of this, I take Seroquel for its side effect of drowsiness. I find this quite funny, considering Xanax's in-game effect.
Here's what I planned to post:
The world's largest bird of prey is the Andean condor.
It has a wingspan of 8.9-10 feet-the size of a man's torso.
It eats large carrion such as cows and sheep. When they are already dead.
Kea used to have a bounty because they would kill sheep.
Kea are the size of a American soccer ball (Everywhere else's football).
Kea would eat the sheep alive.
