Current state: full

Two days ago, I accepted the mission which asked me to "Put a bounty on Eoshock", "Wait for the bounty to be fulfilled", "Attack the person who claimed the bounty". The first two steps went smoothly and were completed without much effort. But when I wanted to advance to the third step, even though I attacked two times, it was still not completed. In summary, I'm stuck in the third step and I'm sure I attack the correct person -- the person who claimed the bounty.

The mission: the first two steps have been completed, and the third step has not. I have completed several similar tasks, and according to my memory, usually, the person who claimed the bounty will be shown in the third step, even though it's anonymous, as long as the second step is completed.

When the second step was completed, I also got an event notice that "BloodSong claimed the $10,000 bounty you placed on Eoshock"

After that, I attacked BloodSong, but the mission was also not completed. Until now, it's still stuck at the second step as shown above.

I'm newbie for Torn and I found that the description of some items are not easy to understand, such as "Salt Shaker" or "Lolita Dress" and so on. I'm really confused, even get no more useful information in wiki. I searched in Forums but I just found some people are talking about it like "Offering Salt Shaker" but no one mentioned the effect.

So I'd like to ask where can I find the accurate effect for items in Torn? rather than the confusing description. Thanks a lot.
