Hello noob ask here,
I have been confused with what the values of dmg/accuracy values in weapons mean.
So obviously I know the higher the values, the higher the dmg/accuracy given that the player’s battle stats remain constant. But how do these values interact with the battle stats? And at which point will these values become significant relative to battle stats?
I dun also understand what the stealth values mean. How do I interpret it? Like, a stealth value of 10.0 gives 10% chance of stealth? Or else?
A very brief explanation is alright, but feel free to put a link if it is covered in a piece of guide. Not sure if this is covered elsewhere.

How do directors become one in the beginning? There's not much guides whether running companies worth it, and it feels like a very confidential topic to discuss. So how would they decide whichever company type to go for, whether they got enough money, strategies to boost sales etc., all kinds of decision making?
(obv I'm not that rich to run one, but just pure curiosity how directors have gone all the way through)

Got a similar question here, are the factors equally considered? Or is it determined mostly by certain factors but not others?
