Thank you all for the help, so that's quite interesting.

I know it seems pretty, no duh, but what I mean is, even after you max out a crime, will it get progressively easier, leading to fewer and fewer fails? So like, take pickpocketing for instance, the more I do it even post 100 skill, will it eventually get to the point that failures are relatively rare? And how about for harder targets like police officers?

I switched wifi networks and was able to upload it without issue. If it makes any difference for anyone looking into this, I was previously on a 5g network, but switched over to my normal service one, and it suddenly worked.

When trying to upload gifs to my gallery, I get stuck in the uploading phase, seen here:

I've made sure to have the image in the correct dimensions, and have tried compressing it in various sizes all to no avail. I've cleared the cache, turned off Torn Tools, and tried in incognito mode, but this still occurs. When I made my current pfp that is on my account right now, even this one took ages to upload despite being a measly 9kb jpeg. While I was able to upload that, I've left the uploading phase going on in the background overnight, and it still had not progressed with my gif.

Here is the gif in question I am attempting to upload, I have tried others as well, including some that I had already uploaded before.
