For a few weeks I have been constantly attacked by a few high level players without any consequences (as far as I can tell). Is there anything I can do to retaliate against them? It seems like the devs encourage this behaviour which doesn't make sense because it incentivises new players to quit and prevents the game from becoming popular. Idk how the devs think or what direction they want the game to go.

Notifications for nerve bar and messages from other players do not show up on my notifications bar but those for energy do. I enabled everything that needed to be enabled but the notifications still don't work. Any ideas?
