I have been storing my cash in my faction's bank, but I need to take small-medium amounts out pretty often. I feel like I can have more access if it was stored in stocks.

Would this be a good idea?
Would I lose too much from withdrawing constantly?
Are there stocks that don't fluctuate a lot?

Is it still true that level is the only factor in how much xp you gain from attacking somebody? Asking because sometimes I get more respect from hitting lower level, but stronger, targets.
