Has this been done before?

I have thought about recently getting into the game again myself, and I was searching for build ideas to get started.

Then it occurred to me, I could build TORN CITY! HELL YEAH!

I wonder how well the traffic will flow, and how self-sustainable it will be. Between work and real life activity, I probably will take a very long time to build my own. But I would love to see anyone else's if they want to give it a go also.

Also, pretty sure, the first forum post for me! So happy to share that with y'all here also!
