New to Torn, not new to gaming in general or cooperative multiplayer games. I talk, fight, think, and step up. There hasn't been a Clan, Guild, Alliance, Corp, Faction, or other such player group where I wasn't eventually made an officer of some kind in my entire gaming career. Everything from Recruitment, Training, Morale, Quartermaster, Counselor, War Chief, to XO. I've done it all. I may not know Torn that well, but it's only a matter of time.
I have references here in Torn and will provide if asked.
What I bring to the table.
-Extensive experience in general gaming and management of small to large (1000+) groups of players.
-Willingness to not only participate but contribute to the Faction above and beyond minimum expectations
-A level-headed and objective perspective to any and all issues that may arise within and outside the faction with enough foresight to bring up or address things that have not yet become an issue, but may in the future.
-A positive, encouraging voice in hard times
What I am looking for
-A PvP faction that participates in RW regularly, preferably every other week though weekly is fine.
-350k-500k respect, though that's no dealbreaker.
-Pay per hit minimum 1m victory .5m defeat chain hits as well as RW Hits
-Leadership with years combined experience in Torn
-Active Discord. Complex setup not necessary, I know folk that can be hired to beautify if that's desired.
-SLOT FOR OFFICERSHIP NOT REQUIRED. I am content with rank and file.
