It is improving his image. People argue that he created some more idiot posts like this one but for me it was the first time i saw this dude.
Now i have a new chain target for halloween and crap. i imagine im not the only one :D

Im not sure the edvd price classifies as "inflation" when compared to most of other things that are the same or cheaper than they were an year ago. There was a great influx of new people that need those to train so i would say its more of a higher demand kinda thing in this particular case, not inflation by devaluation of money in general. Im not sure DP's are the reason for this either as this was always a factor but this greater influx of new people in this quantity was not always the case. i never bought any and i still made money to buy edvds backthen with other ways so i dont see why most of noobs would be different (not saying that money burning noobs dont exist but they are a fraction of the total) 

Anyway, torn has ruined or nerfed alot of money making ways over the time (even before i joined) like im sure the most experienced players know better than me preventing any type of generalized inflation that you could come up with. The most recent examples i guess should be the points slow apocalipse (that make plushies and flowers runs less great) and the changes on stock behaviour but there is plenty more around to point out.  

It will always be complicated to new people to fire up without investing, its how its suposed to be. You can say its harder now that it was 5 years ago for sure.

keep in mind tho that the detective dont gets all the money listed on the warrant. i remember testing it right when the criminal page showed up and in that try in specific if was something like 20 or 25% of the listed reward on the page of the individual. i only tested that once so i dont really know if its a randomized % or whatever. 

AQUA just got another member with all the crimes completed :D 

thats not harassment tho. thats playing the game... otherwise any buy mugger that saves the targets for later tries is also harassing them. The dudes that might be angry and placed bounties on you are also harassing you? i mean... Maybe there is other stuff that is missing other than that..
