Hey everyone. I'm GuettaBetta, and I'm a member of Proliferation Foundation. I'm not the boss (thank goodness)... Or even anyone of substantial importance within the faction. What I am is an oddball, which is why I can help to tell you what Proliferation Foundation offers to players. I don't take Xanax. I have personal reasons for it, SSL is a nice perk, but its not THE REASON. Proliferation Foundation accepts my unusual style of play. Don't get me wrong, Xanax is available to people for free for events and (limited) training and war, so if you like Xanax you are welcome!
But what Proliferation Foundation is about right now, is Communication and Growth. We are participating in ranked wars casually, but we do expect participation and help with chains. We are trying to expand the time zones we are in so we can have teams that work together in shifts. We are providing players who join with us and cooperate, resources to grow and knowledge to learn. We are trying to maintain flexibility and understanding for different styles of play and interests. We are having regular votes to determine group preferences. We are having events with pretty awesome prizes for things like energy usage within a set time.
More importantly than any of that, if you are like me, and you have a goal or a preference that isn't the norm, that doesn't mean you aren't welcome. If you have a deep passion for committing crimes, and that is your torn THING..... If you are shooting to become a medical professional and sell revives, and that is your torn THING..... If you love the challenge and status of getting to SSL, and that is your torn THING.... If you want to run the best dang Company in Torn, and that is your torn THING..... Growth is about more than gym gains (which, admittedly we do love to see). Its players and perspectives and teamwork. Talk to me, talk to faction leader or assistant leader and we will see what we can do to help you achieve your goal, while you help us with ours.
The national flower of the Cayman Islands is the Banana Orchid. Torn's national flower is self-raising, because the committee formed to decide on this matter were drunk and confused.
Self-Raising should be Self-Rising, assuming you were making a joke about Flour vs Flower. Unless maybe its different in the UK? If its different there, I'm embarrassed and shall remove this post haste.
There is probably a post like this already, but I didn't see one in the top couple pages.
The big example I can think of is the Wheel of Awesome. Landing on 25 points sucks now, since its not enough to get a refill or anything. It needs updated to at least 30 points. You would think the wheel of awesome could manage 60 or something.
I'm sure there are other places that are still on the 25 points, I'm not sure about the values on the other wheels or anything, but ultimately when point values and costs changed everything should have been updated to reward 30 instead of 25. I noticed donators packs give 60, so its been updated, thank goodness.
