I hate to see players leave. A change of faction or something won't fix things for you? I started to get burnt out and I changed factions and I refound the enjoyment of torn. It's very social, so changing the groups you frequently chat with can help a lot, not saying the old groups are bad, just meeting new people can make it fun again, sometimes.
