The most time-effective training method to increase stats from 0 until approximately 1.2m each.
Charge will be 3x E-DVD per person regardless of how many participants.
Jumps will be roughly every 56 hours - 6 slots for each jump.
This is only a temporary endeavour so be sure to take advantage of it while you still can!
What you'll need:
2x Poison Mistletoe
3-4x Xanax to stack Energy
1-2x E-DVD (Dependant on Base Happiness)
1x Ecstasy
