I never sat on him, others have been hitting him, I know this cause multiple times I went to check for bounties he was in hosp

I never placed bounties on him
I just collect them like the ones that'll collect mine.
You should be looking for the guy that placed them or constantly hits him.

Hes been hitting a few guys, he mostly looses but guess they got fed up of him and put a bounty on him.
