The LOONIES have arrived in Torn City.
We’re a newly founded faction currently built around a small group of long-time gaming friends. We’re starting from the bottom and want to build the faction together, rather than joining an already finished empire.
We’re looking for a few more Loonies who want to be part of that journey.
What we’re aiming for
- Active but no second-job mentality
- Organized Crimes
- Chaining as we grow
- Ranked Wars when we’re ready
- Building Respect and upgrades together
- Helping newer players develop
