[background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]Over the past few years in torn self-hospitalization via the transfusion of the wrong, blood has become a valuable tactic during ranked wars, often younger players that do not have this ability unlocked face a severe disadvantage. However, given time these young players are allowed to develop the skill via an educational course. But in the case of AB+ blood type players, we have been given very few options for self-hospitalization, all of which cost exorbitant amounts of money, and or inhibit certain gameplay factors. This is no choice for most of us players with this blood type. It is an entirely random sequence given to us at the start of an account. I recently started a Forum post, asking older AB+ players for tips and tricks on how to succeed in both ranked wars and trading. Most of what I heard was negative, every now and then I would get very helpful information about how to play through with this, but most of the forum was filled with older players, telling me to restart my account, and that it just wasn’t worth it. Ranked wars were increasingly difficult and becoming a trader was almost completely out of the picture. But the post didn’t just collect answers from AB+ players I had Acknowledgement from both sides of the aisle that this is completely unfair and flawed game design. Why should I restart after months of hard work and others restart after years of hard work over a completely random crutch that inhibits our gameplay?[/background]
[background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]The unequal treatment of AB+ blood type players in self-hospitalization mechanics has become a pressing concern in Torn. Despite the availability of certain tedious and costly strategies, the limited options and associated costs significantly hinder the progression of AB+ players. The negative responses from experienced players, suggesting account restarts, further highlight the unfairness and flaws in the current game design. The arbitrary assignment of blood types exacerbates the inequitable gameplay experienced by AB+ players. It is imperative for game developers to address these issues, reassess their mechanics, and implement more balanced and inclusive approaches to enhance the experience for all players, regardless of their blood type. Just because we are the minority doesn't me we are irrelevant. [/background]
¡ATTENTION ALL AB+ BLOOD TYPE PLAYERS! All AB+ Blood type players, I have recently been diagnosed with this curse. I as a faction member need to be able to manage this curse and be able to turtle under abnormal conditions. I am looking for experienced players with this condition for guidance and help and hopefully helping other younger player who suffer from this too.
While the normal way of self hospitalization (acute hemolytic transfusion reaction) is off the table there are options like these listed below ??
#1 irradiated blood This will hospitalize me like acute hemolytic transfusion reaction however it give 14+ hours of radiation poisoning which is a 1% debuff to all stats for every 7 hours of poisoning I also cannot see the amount of time left on the poisoning. Nem tablets do solve this however they cost 700k and 3 hours of med boost time. I cannot use traditional medical items to med out of the hospital
#2 parcel bomb 6M a bomb good hospitalization time 7 hours I believe but the price at least for now is not sustainable
#3 mercs or bounties These are great I theory but are expensive over time and aren’t 100% reliable/responsive.
#4 attack failing Not ideal 20min hosp time and -25 E
#5 flying Just an easy way to get trapped not good at all
[background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]Friend And Foes list- [background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]24M per person (Advanced Notice appreciated)[/background] [/background]
[background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]Faction + Job History- [background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]350k per person[/background] [/background]
I thank you for your generosity but unfortunately, that wouldn't even account for 5% of my account worth. I have made my dues and will fight until I die for this topic I wish you would join me however, I respect your decision to take a rest from what you obviously think is beating a dead horse. while not ideal it still is possible and I will manage.
