This may, or may not be common knowledge, but characters that are not level three and higher can only find work from the newspaper.
They can NOT, as of this writing join your company.
So please omit efforts to recruit players that are not at least level three.
I actually had someone convinced I was trolling when i told them i could not join cause there was a level limit. Based on the number of job spam recruits i get regularly, i presume it's a little known aspect of Torn City.
Some help pretty please...
I'm told that if you can get '69' to appear five times in your stats that you get the 'NICE' merit.
I thought i completed that today, but i haven't gotten it.
xx6,9xx is my strength
xxx,69x is my defense
xxx,69x is my speed
x69,69x is my dexterity
So i'm trying to determine if i didn't do it right or if it's a bug or what not. Some help on this would be appreciated.
My current theory is that it's my Strength, and i need to have '69' to the left or right of the coma and not split between. Might also be that i need a 420 in my stat instead of all 69's. Regardless i have no idea why i'm not getting the merit.
Okay, got it, so i need to find a 420 somewhere, got it.
Thank you so much for response.
Having a clue on what went wrong is better than blindly trying to fix it.
