I was curious does anyone know what to do reach the requirements for certain levels, for example I can do a lvl 5 OC but not a lvl 8 even though I have the required item.

I guess I should have clarified better, I apologize. What I meant was is it based on your stats as to why a player can only do up to certain level OC's with a higher success rate. for example I can do a lvl 4 OC, but after it's completed I can only do another lvl 4 or lower because of the success rating being in the green instead of red, for example when I have the required item for the OC and everything but it's showing in red rather than green.
Oh I know about the leaving a role to join another, what I am referring to is the success rate. What makes the success rate better for higher level OC's. But thanks for your input :)
