I was trying to find a list of people suspected of buy/mugging. Here is my most recent run-in with possible buy/mugger less than a minute apart.

We matched with these guys again for rank war. I looked at the previous war report and noticed my level is 89. The levels on the old war reports are showing current levels not what the levels were when the war took place.

Sometimes pulling information in this game is difficult. All of you have offered up wonderful solutions as to why this person is not a buy/mugger. Thankfully I put "SUSPECTED" in caps as to indicate it was unknown. In addition, after posting I was mugged again by someone. I anticipate I will be mugged several more times maybe even bountied (as is in this game). In any instance, I want to thank you all for your comments.

My two cents.
The matching system sucks right now. We are consistently matched with factions that have multiple persons well above our top and larger respect (more bonuses). It is rare that we are matched with a faction around our stat, persons or respect. We like to war and hate to term. Not opposed to it but prefer a slug fest.
My suggestions for changes:
- For Term Wars: If a faction has not made a war hit in an hour deduct 1% of that faction's score every hour. (no more we made our hits now we wait 36-72h for it to finish). Keep a running total behind the scenes for the rewards
- For matching: take into account the number of people within a stat bracket over 2.5b; 200m - 2b; 100m - 200m; 10m - 100m (something similiar) then use that for your comparison for matching. - Inglorious Bastards should be matched to larger factions with higher stats.
- For Poor Matching: Create a final multiplier based on the the difference of your (faction rank score) for difference of those scores which are large (bad match criteria); limit the higher scored faction's rewards and increase the lower faction's rewards regardless of outcome. It was a bad match. example use multiplier 0.75 for the stronger and 1.25 for the weaker. Take the caches from the stronger and give to the weaker.
