Im only new to the game but they are exploiting newbie protection, at lest from what I have seen and experienced, they are making accounts then trading everything over to a faction member, then deleting their account and making a new one to keep the newbie protection (also to be able to attack newbies that their faction put hits out on like they did to me after buying items from me -_-) and getting all their items and money back on new account and rinse and repeat, thats the only way I can see them getting around the rule of multiple accounts or they are just full on multi accounting :o
If I suddenly get hit over and over by them over the next few days then at lest I know im correct lol.
