Given #1: It takes 25 points to reset to 150 energy every night. (assume you have a donator pack effective or subscriber pack)
Given #2: Xanax is fixed around say $850k (not a lot of volatility), which gives us 250 energy every time we pop the pill.
Let's calculate the intrinsic value of 1 unit of energy:
$850000 / 250 = $3400 Torn bucks for 1 energy. (using the Xanax calculation.)
Using points energy: 150e X $3400 = $510,000, for a daily energy reset.
Divide $510,000 by 25 to get the intrinsic value of a point.
$510,000 / 25 = $20,400. So EACH point is GUARANTEED valued at $20400, AS LONG AS Xanax remains its value at $850k.

It also begs the question why Donator Packs haven't dropped in value since 50 Points are provided upon the opening of the Donator Packs. If the points provisions have gone down in price, there should also be a reasonable mathematical decrease in the value of Donator Packs due to the recent rug pull of the volatile points system pro rata to the proportionate decline.
Who knows...if you are still worried about the price of your points, then Donator Packs appear to be pretty friendly. Seems like there's a ton of arbitrage opportunities here in Torn. DM me if you have any questions or concerns.

Here's my thought about Dirty Bombs being worth its time and cost, and will make the game more interesting...
-Dirty Bombs should also impact...
-the respect of ALL factions, and not just the factions impacted. -incoming flights and flight delays back to Torn. -loss of battle stats permanently for people in Torn at the time of bombing. -outcomes of a Raceway race (more car crashes) -longer hospitalization times for people in Torn who arent wearing Hazmat or other sorts of protection. -major impact towards store inventories, skyrocket in Items Market prices, random hospitalizations, and reduction of items available. -cutting off Global and Faction communications in Torn for people who are currently in Torn, but not overseas.
Also... in my honest opinion, if Dirty Bombs are nuclear, it should also cause the following: -Finding Cesium in the city should cause random hospitalization for 24-48 hours due to the effects of severe radiation sickness...
It's a crime game... What more would you expect besides internet trolls, scammers, and all other types of people? If they are green leaf, I would be happy to help and give some useful items (guns, armor, candy, etc...).
No point to intentionally ruin the newbie's enthusiasm of wanting advancement opportunies.
