For 1.9b. Then after about a month, dude says he's looking to sell the shell for same amount. Found out he spent a bit over 16K rep on core upgrades; after bargaining for a bit, we agreed on 1.8b as a final price.

But, right when I was supposed to join, OP says he's no longer selling for 1.8b but 1.9!!

You'd be mistaken if you think that's where it ends...

I agreed to the 1.9b after much hassle, you can see the evidence below

Had similar issues too while I was in The Resolute. I could still use a loaned weapon and armour even though I was no longer a member.

Here's another scenario where an ex member still had access to our faction's weapon:

He was kicked a while ago, but still retained the faction's item. 

(Usually, it shows X player returned X item in the faction's log. But except it's manually retrieved, the player could still use it.)
