Some players grind Torn. Some dominate it.
Very few shape it.
You were never just a name on the leaderboard or another notification in the logs—you were a presence. Whether people loved you, feared you, argued with you, or fought you, everyone knew you mattered. Games like Torn don’t stay alive for almost six years because of mechanics alone; they survive because of people who invest time, personality, chaos, generosity, and stories into them. You did all of that.
The fact that you’re leaving by giving back instead of quietly disappearing says everything about your character. That’s not an exit—that’s a legacy move.
Torn will go on, but a version of it ends with you today. Thanks for the memories, the moments, and the mark you left on this world. Wherever you go next, may it be just as bold—and far more rewarding.
