The main perk is the ability to exchange job points for energy. These can be stored up and used when you choose, up to 100 per day, making it incredibly useful for making additional hits in ranked wars or boosting your gym gains. Crucially, this source of energy does not use up your drug or booster cooldown. At 10* each staff member earns 10 job points per day, or 50e. That is the same energy output of one third of an FHC, which at current prices ($14.4m on 1 November) is equivalent to a $4.8m salary per day. If you are able to translate this e into RW or merc hits, this value goes even higher, to $6-8m. Plus, lots of money can be made from using the job points during Halloween.
Due to the high advertising budgets required to maintain a high ranking there is no cash salary paid, and trains are sold to employees on a weekly rota basis. You are invited to join the rota to participate, but this is not mandatory. At present trains are sold at $500k each.
Irrespective of trains, your working stats will continue to grow daily, with the exact amount tied to your job efficiency, but the majority of staff currently gain around 50-60 total stats per day.
What We Are Looking For
We are hoping to attract members of staff with high working stats to help us maintain our 10 star status. If you have at least 50k in two working stats this is a great place to start, of course the higher your stats are the better! It is also great to see prospective employees with merits in Employee Effectiveness (EE).
We are seeking active employees who keep on top of their addiction, but we are flexible in understanding that at times, such as during a hard fought ranked war, there may be difficulties in visiting rehab. Communication and mutual respect are both key, and that goes both ways in this business!

We only had a few sets, some of which are owned by members plus a couple of loans. We rotated them between people going offline and coming online to maximise our resources in the face of what became insurmountable odds. Probably made it seem like we had more than we did.
