No Missions from Duke · · 1 like

I believe I should be receiving missions from Duke. I have received and accepted the mission from Anonymous and have since had Duke added to my bar of missions. I have "No Missions Available" under Duke. The only mission available is my introduction to Duke under Anonymous. Having asked others, I think that I'm supposed to be getting a mission from Duke daily.

I've tried to access through Safari on iOS, Firefox, and Brave. I've turned any adblocking off and disabled any extensions or add ons to the browser including Torn Tools and none of these have fixed the issue. Adding screenshots to show what I'm seeing:
