Hi, Im not sure if anyone covered these but I have gotten this problem with my portal login for a different program. Here are some quality controls, hopefully this helps:
-Possible reasons is Chrome is outdated
-Try with Tools disabled
-Try without adblock
-Weird one but also try with Hardware Acceleration on/off
If it works with these alterations , its a browser problem.
Next, try the following:
-Reset your password
-Try on Opera or Mozilla Browser
-Login mobile on either Chrome or Vivaldi
If it works here , this is clientside and definitely reportable to staff. There was a lot to read and if you already covered these, Im sorry it was just a lot of bullet points and you can shut me up, best of luck with your endeavors.
