I think he meant to say "i have never once not paid them" and missed the not ..from rest of the message context like "i don't even take a cut" etc. 

Nothing related to actual warring has changed ..Only matching system is different, everything else is exactly as it was before. 

The grace period/early discharge etc is when outside the warring factions attacking you. Those never exists against the people you're directly warring against lol

A lot of faction complains they term war coz of uneven match up, specially in lower leagues. If they are true to their word it should reduce termed wars.

3rd option is invalid coz VitaminT21 was briefly fedded for questioning plus we have access to log of him being mugged for 7 billions+

Person with integrity do not keep other people's money even if the money is from someone they don't like/not in good terms or whatever their feeling is toward the owner. 

Ahh, true, thats kinda possible but needs a looot of "not noticing"..if they have 0 balance as well else it will still fill it with the members balance.

They changed something and now if you click dollar button when in give option it only fills to your balance, not the whole faction fund. You can try and see for yourself.

Only way to do this is if you go to the add balance first and fill it to 9999999999 by clicking dollar sign, then go to the give option, it will make it the faction full fund then return again to add balance option. (Someone pointed it out this system after my comment). But if you don't wanna actually give the full balance why would anyone do this?

This is different coz the banker first added the money to their balance. You can either do this by editing the balance or using add to balance options. In both cases they had to type out the whole amount: 82816597080. Coz when you do all/or max in the add balance box it doesn't fill the box to the balance of the vault amount like give to option does. It fill the box 999,999,999,999,999. Same for clicking the dollar button besides the box.

The banker had to type out the whole bank balance by hand, one digit at a time or copy the full balance amount and paste it to make this possible. It simply cannot be a mistake.

Please please please harass me by sending so much money that I will get auto fed for questioning xD

this is your choice sort of thing. staff won't force you to return. 

the money was so vast the player couldn't send back the money as well coz the other person would get fedded as well. so admin had to temporarily stop the jailing system to give him chance to do this.

Yeah, it was PT and that was so much money the receiver got fedded automatically 

it's banker adding the money to themselve then giving the money to them and sending to vitamin instead of using payday  ..idk why though lol.

but this means banker had even more chance to see the mistake, once when editing the balance, next when sending to themselve, next when sending to vitamin.

It was a personal money send, not directly from bank to the receiver. So it's almost sure the receiver left nuke before asking for the money/receiving the money. Else it makes no sense for the banker to first give money to themselves and then send the money.
