This applies while on my phone, both in PDA and in web browser (Chrome). I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, running Android.
When clicking the "TORN"/home button, the screen is filled with the rainbow animation.
My issue is, said animation doesn't disappear until I click somewhere else on the screen, which feels pretty annoying.
(Edited to add this):
Pride animation comes first when clicking the TORN logo, meaning I have to double click to actually get to home screen.
