Alot of people really hate this 3 day recruitment period. They should get rid of it. I think if you've served 100days in a faction it goes down to 2 day. 200days down to 1 day and 1yr in a faction there is no waiting. That way people could go guest with a faction but come back to their home faction after a war and be full members instantly.
Could add in a cooldown period when you rejoin the faction for you cant just jump in and out. Say a week or 2 before you could join for free again. Also make it to where you can only have 1 home faction to where this applies. to replace it would start the whole process over if you were to try and change it back
I made an edit to address the chaining thing and the TT war thing most factions just have their families/allies help without joining the faction being attacked anyways.
