What’s this about?
I have a few Villa's for renting out to new players villa's are maxed out with upgrades to give you 800 Happiness for 300 for 30 days to help new players get a comfortable start in Torn (and maybe some better choices).
It’s not the fanciest property, but it’s a solid step up from your Shack or Trailer or Apartment, and the happiness boost will help you train better in the gym.
Who is this for?
- New players (Green Leaf or Low level)
- Anyone who needs a short-term 800 Happiness Stay
How it works:
-
Lease runs from 30 days – you tell me what works for you can do shorter or longer rents too!
-
Cost: Very little! $300
-
Comment below to claim or message me (I won’t always see in-game messages, so comment might be a better choice)
Fully-Upgraded Villa (800 Happiness)
Why Happiness Matter?
Quoting from Baldr's Guide:
Happiness plays a big part in gym gains, especially when you are small. That's why the shack isn't a good place to live. Low happy means low gym gains. I usually recommend renting a mansion or a ranch until you reach level 15. Don't buy a property, and don't rent long term. 30 days is about right.
Here's some other much better options, same $1 Lease:
(With the Swimming Pool upgrade, you can get 2% extra Gym gain.)
