Hello everyone <33 My brother got me into the game to help him earn merits, and because im a good sister I joined. I actually ended up enjoying the game so I plan on sticking around. Looking for maybe a faction which is maybe more newbie friendly, since I dont have very high stats or anything..... YET. I would like to be involved in a faction which does RW. Ive already participated in a RW and know whats expected for fighting. I am active everyday and will be in the future.
Looking at her bazaar shes trying to do the vicodin/xanax switcheroo and fool noobs. Does this scam still work? I thought I read something about a warning message popping up telling the buyer the price/cost was way off.
And also selling that body armor for 30 million? Not even worth 100k... Ive never seen someone with so many enemies, wow.
Im still new and had a question for you guys, I was looking at Mr-Philip [2625259] bazaar and saw he had snowbords for 200 million dollars? Why on Gods green earth would anybody pay this? He also had several other extremely overpriced items which baffled me.
Hey guys, just first off to save everyone time, I dont need anyone to give me a link to any guides or anything, i can google that up, if you could just clear up one little thing for me im confused about that nfo id be very grateful.
How good is the base loot you get from the treats? I see all the upgrades allowing you to get better bags of candy, better bottles of booze and better energy cans. So its clear that until you get those upgrades, all youll get is garbage items it sounds like.
But then the upgrade: This upgrade gives a 3% chance of consumables being upgraded to Boosters. Can you get boosters without the upgrade? Do you get boosters for treats, and this perk just makes it so you get more of them for trading in treats? Or do you not get any by default, and you need that perk for any chance at all of getting boosters? Does that make sense?
hallo leute (: I am still new and learning and noticed something about RR. I notice I keep playing against people who play insanely slow. My brother who plays Torn also says he sees this too. I was curious if this was being done for a reason or if I am just coincidentally happening to end up playing against people who join RR games right as something else happens IRL or something? Or maybe there is some weird strategy or something im not aware of. But it seems like im playing a game of chess instead of RR sometimes haha
When I host or join a game I will shoot right away, and I know my strategy is kinda complex but the key is to press "shoot" when it appears on the screen instead of waiting 35 seconds. However I will host games and someone joins then they just kinda sit there for 45 seconds, 1 minute and then shoot, I shoot and pass the gun and again - sitting and waiting. In my mind I think about joining a game of RR I wouldnt do it if I was busy, and I wouldnt forget about the game right after I joined. And yes I know its only 1 minute of waiting, but hear me out, be quiet.
Like I say though, I know it could just be that I end up playing against people who join RR and then IRL they get busy. Im just weird and only play Torn when I have down time. I just didnt know if maybe there was a reason this was happening or something. IDK.
OMG I just spent 1k energy and a refil searching the dump and found a can of crocozade from duke. thats it. immmm done.. stacked all day and sat up waiting for this. Dude
So I was sitting in Torn City jail and I saw a condom on the ground, I asked the guard what the condom was doing in the jail, he replied "Breaking and entering"
"Most believable ones that amuse the DUKE get a prize"
Its like Duke knew that most of these were going to be staged try hard submissions instead of people just doing the silly task and letting it play out organically, so he just asked that people make them believable....
It seems like Duke throws away a different item everyday right? For example day 1 was the christmas spirit drink, then christmas crackers on day 2, etc? Does he ever throw more than 1 item type into the dump? Is there a way to know what item he is throwing into the trash besides searching and finding a new item/ hopefully someone in forum mentioning if they found something?
There is a helpful Check/Fold button to press when you want to auto check a hand... however I notice when I press it and someone bets, then another person raises before your turn, the button automatically un-clicks itself and I have to then manually go and press fold on my turn... But this seems strange.. If I selected check/fold because I dont want to call a bet, why on Earth would I want to call a bet AND a raise? It should keep my choice to fold if there is a raise.
Sometimes poker goes really slow, so these options are helpful to tab out while waiting for hands to finish. Not so much when you hear your countdown going when you wanted to fold.

I was confused because I thought everything was split on that box, the enemy score on the left, ours on the right, their available players on the left, ours on the right, their name on the left, ours on the right.... I didnt know what lead target meant, but i assumed the numbers on the left were from their faction and ours was on the right... Thank you again!! Gave you +1 karma :)
Hey everyone, I suffer from a terrible disability known as a room temperature IQ, and it seems it has struck again. I cant figure out the faction war banners. For example, im in a war right now. From the home page I go to -> Faction tab. At the top you see "Your faction is in a war", under that there is a box showing my factions name and the other faction name along with the scores. So I understand the current score, what I dont understand are the numbers underneath "Lead target". Can someone tell me what those small numbers mean?
