Yes i like the idea, and how that could open up different effects and even perks/drawbacks to gaining resources such as regen time can be altered due to the cooldown time of this drug.
Could be interesting if not every player regenerates at the same rate due to addiction, perks, whatever.
JUST DONT MAKE IT PAY TO PLAY!!
I know donator packs are a thing, but i would totally lose interest if it became at all necessary to be successful.
