Proposal:

The level 50 hard cap for name stealing is outdated.

I propose adding a new policy that scales username eligibility based on account level and inactivity. Under this approach, level 1–49 accounts would become eligible after 100 days of inactivity, level 50–75 after 150 days, and level 76–100 after 175 days. This would better protect higher-level accounts while still freeing up usernames from clearly inactive players.
