I just checked and ropes and credit cards are now special items. I'm guessing this might mean they have special uses in crimes, specifically in card skimming, the newest crime, like the newspaper in shoplifting or the ladder in graffiti. Has anyone gotten any outcomes mentioning these items? Will these items be useful in a later crime maybe?

Recently duct tape went from a bombing enhancer to a card skimmer enhancer. Did this change happen just for 2.0 users? Or are 1.0 crime users left with no enhancers for bombing? Just curious.
