When there are multiple people loaning the same type of Temporary item from the faction armory, the item main bulk is randomly placed- so when you are trying to loan more than one of the same item- every time you refresh it ends up in a different place. Maybe keep it always at the top?

I recall a long time ago, failing a bust (and ending up in jail yourself) did not result in lost crime exp. Does anyone know of this is still true?
