It literally just began working… I don’t have a clue what happened

I’m having this same issue… I’ve logged out and back in and still hasn’t solved it. Currently level 6, nearly 7 and no new missions.

So when I go to buy something and it says I’ve bought my limit for the day, does that reset at 00:00 or at the 24hr mark from when I hit my purchase limit prior?
