I've got an RPG Launcher that has this stats: Damage: 78.57 Accuracy: 35.14 .

I've been trying to complete Duke's Mission "Pass the word", but when I send the message to the target, it says the message was sent, but it doesnt appear in the outbox. When I compose a new message to sent the same target, It says "No conversation recorded" bellow the message box.
In the Mission itself, it remains like I didn't sent the message.
I've tried to send a message to myself and to someone else and these messages appear in the outbox.

I've added more text to the message and now the mission is complete.
It doesn't appear in Outbox.
I'm mailing Froz3N_ThRoN3 589343. Subject: "x". Message: "What does Duke say to a quisling?".
I've mailed a staff member, and I had no problem at all, also I received the answer. When I mail myself I also have no problem - Subject "x". Message: "x".
