Im still new to this game and am a Paramedic IRL so usually I am in the back of an ambulance saving lives and getting screamed at by people who just want a medicare or Medicaid ride to the hospital when their not actually anything wrong with them. Anyway I am struggling to level up and get items, any help or pointers would be dandy.
