I think there should be a level limit on the slots somewhere around 5-10 level because whenever i see a newbie win the jackpot slots they most likely will stop completely playing the game after a few days from the constant mugging after winning the jackpot.
Plus, seeing how they won it in the first place only to abandon torn completely kind of triggers me in a way, this could be because they have barely have any knowledge about TORN and wondering why they keep getting constantly mugged 24/7.

Also this is just what i personally think so uhh dont get mad at me.
