It actually helps big time for the community of Torn City be it for newbie muggers and newbie traders. It helps us knowing what to improve and how to do it better trying avoid the same mistakes.

Low avg respect per hit will make us spend more energy to get the same score too. We come up with a tactic of doing outside hits when they are turtling up high respect FF player to prevent us having high avg respect per hit. But since we ended up waiting for like forever and feel like wasting too much nat E for that, we ended up doing lots of outside hits for the chains. While they did the same to our lvl1 hahaha. And since we have more total pool of energy, it's an advantage for us but at same time disadvantage in terms of payout.
While, it's hateful to not have enough targets available to get hits on for a decent 3x FF respect. There is nothing much we can do since it is what given to us in the Ranked War by Torn. And we can only adapt with it while minimizing our losses in the process. But yea totally understandable with the low pay rate. Usually I paid people based on their number of hits and average respect. If they had a bad avg respect per hit their payout will be lowered. Though, it would probably only work in bronze/silver since gold+ ranks emphasize the chains more for bonus hits.
Will definitely try my best doing the coaching, while some are quick on the uptake, there are few who are slow on the uptake and I can only be patient for it haha. Unless they have no intention of learning their mistakes then that's another issue.

We are mostly currently out of E tho, some those do aren't available atm, so chaining atm will just give them free targets for big respect per hit and would do more harm then good because lacking total activity.
Haha, sorry I'm quite new to posting this on forum so I'm not sure which one you're referring to. It's just a subtle harassment based on the message title as you can see there in the picture. While we both ended up deciding to go about normal wars in a good way. I never said anything or offend him in any way.
