I am fairly new to Torn, and had chosen to remain factionless for the time being, until it is required, for this one reason alone. I think by my building up my characters stats solo, I would have peace of mind that stuff similar to how your faction done to you, won't be happening to me anytime soon. Sorry that you had to deal with the bs. My current net worth is over $2.5M!!
