I've got a house up on the rental market at the moment but I'm unsure how to know if someone is renting it, will I just get a notif to say? And will I still need to pay upkeep or that all paid by the tennant.
Merry Christmas!!! My favourite christmas story is how when my granda died a few years back, the christmas immediately following, all my male family members who had straight hair began to grow thick curly hair (just like my granda had). Think it was his way of showing he was watching over us during the holidays :)
