Seems like there is a Bug when training. Normally the page stays open and you can give multiple trains at once. Now once you hit train on an employee you have to click back to do another train. Seems to be an issue.

Given the new update it is easier to truly see how effective an employee is with the different categories (Working Stat, Settled In, Director Ed, Addiction, Inactivity) with max of 130 (based on rig).
I believe these stats are what should determine how successful a company is. Seem like too much emphasis is put on customer loyalty, where certain companies can have multiple highly addicted or inactive players but it does not impact their company revenue wise.
With more emphasis on Employees vs Customer loyalty it would make directors to be more engaged with how the company is doing as a whole.
