There is a hole in my phone screen it still works but I think it's time to get a new one, I use at&t and all that it needs to do is make calls and run torn. I'm a cheap f**k so anything under 200, no iPhones, what are some good phones and what is most important for a phone to run torn (ram CPU etc)

To make drugs more dangerous you could add a withdrawal period after the influence period that would be effected by you addiction level, this period would greatly reduce you stats but can be cancelled by taking another drug. This would force people to be more strategic with drug use or send them down a spiraling pit of addiction. (1.5M)*(.75A)=W (.6T)*(1.2A)=P P-(1.75T)=R M=max stat loss from drug. A=addiction level W=stat loss from withdrawal. T= drug effect time. P=withdrawal time. R=time reduction from reuse (this would be paused during the influence period be would be reactivated after it ends). This is a basic example of an equation for stat loss and time of withdrawal obviously the number are not perfect but hopefully it gives you a sense of what I am thinking of.
